I took a break....so sue me! I know....you are saying "You have taken many breaks". This one was a real break. Why? Because I told myself..."No guilt about not posting. You are on a break."
I am back now. I am sure I won't be blogging everyday, maybe not even every week but that is ok. It is my blog and I will blog when I want to!
Let's catch up from October....
1. I got promoted at work...well deserved if I don't say so myself. All the long hours and hard work totally paid off.
2. I got a new car! I traded it my 2001 Escape for a 2010 Escape. Love it!
3. I got nominated for an Excellence Award at work. I didn't win but it was REALLY nice to be nominated.
4. We spend the holiday's in Rochester and my Mom came with us! Yeah! Christmas with Mom. It was nice to have (almost) all the family together.
Now that the "big project" is complete, I am having trouble adjusting to normalcy. I was going full speed, 200%, for 365 days and now, I am back down to normal and frankly, it feels weird. I feel bored and lazy. It is a hard adjustment. It is like driving on the Thurway going 75 MPH and then getting off and having to drive 30 MPH.
So...2010....what do you have in store for me?
