Cats are funny things

Gracie is a nut! She is so curious and has been getting into trouble (a lot!) lately. She gets really excited about running water and milk rings and pens. She is constantly up Zane's ass. Poor Zane. All he does is spit at her and try to run away. She just chases him and tried to bite his leg.

When G is home alone, she ends up locked in the bathroom a lot because he doesn't have the commanding ( or high-pitched shrieky) voice that I seem to have. ( I yell things like "Grace! ENOUGH!" or "Go find something else to do!" or "KNOCK IT OFF". All classics.) So....she ignores G when he yells at her.

I digress....

Very (very) early this morning, I woke up to a digging and odd thumping noise. Usually that type of noise would be coming from Zoe because she thinks that we never feed her and she wants to let us know, that she knows, that we don't feed her. She is absolutely the most anorexic cat we have (eyes rolling). Typically, Zoe (who is pretty fat in case you didn't get my sarcasm) either tries to jump on my nightstand and start knocking stuff over or she will start chewing stuff on G's side of the bed (his side of the bed is a disaster zone....one of the only places that I semi-allow to be messy) (semi-allow means I only bring it up once a month instead of once a day).

That noise wasn't Zoe....I grab the squirt bottle and just squirted in the direction of the noise hoping that would be enough to make it just go away.

Minutes later I was again awakended by the same noise...so I got out of bed and went to G's side of the bed. The closet was open. Gracie was in the closet with this:

This is a tupperware salad dressing "thing". This one happened to have salad dressing in it. I had left it in the sink after I got home (late from work again!). Somehow, this item piqued her interest. She swiped it from the sink....carried it through the house....and started to play with it in our closet. Who does that?!?!?

Gracie is NUTS!

She is cute a button though.
